Finding an appropriate medical expert to assist with legal cases or medical record reviews is challenging. Dr. Miller is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon who cares for complex conditions of the foot and ankle. He has worked with both plaintiff and defense attorneys and provides his services to the legal community at request. A full list of services and fee schedule is available.

Services:
Medical Legal Consulting: Dr. Miller is available to review cases and assist with understanding the intricacies of the patient’s medical condition. He can also be available from start to finish of a case, including providing independent medical examinations (IME) and provide expert testimony in the event that the case goes to court.
Medical Legal Record Review: Dr. Miller will review medical records and create an summary and opinion letter, if requested, along with analysis of the case.
Expert Witness Testimony: Dr. Miller can serve as an expert witness locally in the Massachusetts and New England for in person court appearance if required.
Telephone Conference: Dr. Miller can be available for telephone conferences most days and on some weekends at request to discuss cases on which he is consulting.
